Completed Cronixie Basic Time Display

set nixie time with &NX=HHMMSS
set nixie numbers with &NX=123456
Replaced warls negative offset checkbox with ability to enter negative numbers
getPixelColor now works with cronixie driver
Added Cronixie binary
