8386b9a0b4 Removed dynamic JSON buffer entirely. 
Temporary presets in RAM (ESP32)
Async loading of presets (stability).
Other minor fixes.

Single json buffer (#2336) 
* Single/static JSON buffer for all requests.

* Missing json.cpp changes.

* Added conditional compile (WLED_USE_DYNAMIC_JSON).
